Field Impact
"The work Tebeldiya is doing is truly important. Even in one day, we've seen the impact. People were waiting in anticipation before the food arrived, and I can't express how much this means when Sudan is in desperate need. What you provide may be gone in half an hour, but the difference it makes is immeasurable."
— Hajir, MAG Organizer, North Kordofan
Mission
Eliminate acute malnutrition in North Kordofan, Sudan.
Our Approach
Channeling resources to solutions that work
Community kitchens already exist in North Kordofan's emergency zones. They have deep roots, local trust, and proven ability to feed their neighbors. What they lack is systematic funding and technical guidance. We bridge that gap.
Why Sudan
30.4 million people —64% of Sudan's population—need aid.
We focus on North Kordofan because:
- 96% year-over-year increase in people in need (highest in Sudan)
- 330,000+ people in IPC-4 emergency status with unmet needs
- This is the territory we understand best, with work and relationships dating back to the revolution
Our Process
Recruit
- Community reputation and trust assessment
- Compliance and operational screening
- Kitchen capacity evaluation
- Focus: Can they deliver daily meals reliably?
Fund
- Hunger and needs data (IPC classifications)
- Kitchen serving capacity
- Local market conditions
- Focus: Right amount, right time, right place
Monitor
- Real-time operations tracking
- Market price monitoring
- Impact documentation
- Focus: Are people getting fed? Are we having an impact?
Our Story and Team

With experience at international NGOs and deep roots serving communities in the state, our leadership brings both local knowledge and humanitarian expertise to every aspect of operations.
Our Partners
Our partners include mutual aid groups and charitable societies that have been active in their communities for over a decade. These trusted local organizations began as grassroots initiatives providing essential services like medical support and community development, and now form the backbone of our delivery network.
We anonymize group names, surnames, and specific references to protect staff and MAG partners.
